My memories of 'School of Scholars' brings a mixed feeling of nostalgia, togetherness and commitment. We at a tender age were meticulously taught about the social understanding of life and our role in the betterment of society. We were intellectually motivated and competitively bonded to bring out the best versions of ourselves. All my wonderful teachers at School of Scholars, have helped me develop my personality and equipped me with skillful attributes for which I will be eternally grateful. It gives me great sense of pride to have been educated from such an inspiring institute and I feel immensely fortunate to call 'School of Scholars' as my alma mater.
When I look back at my time in SOS, I recall such fond memories of the place. It was a place full of life for me. Right from the morning assemblies everyday to the last bell of the day, there was so much happening here! From nurturing reprimands of our class teachers to the pats in the back, from mischief on the grounds to the learning in laboratories, SOS was where I learnt how to live. When I have a chat with old school friends and reminisce the years we spent in SOS, I feel fortunate to have been a part of a school that cared about me, my education and my growth as person. I remember the campus of SOS, truly as my second home, the people I met there, as my family.
I, Amrita Banerjee, batch 2011-12 pass-out from School of Scholars, Wanadongri, want to take a moment to share my sincere and heartfelt thank you to all the teachers for being impactful leaders and motivators. Strong leadership is the foundation of school success and without you, our Sr. Principal, Ms. Kavita Nagarajan, that wouldn't have been possible. Because of you, our graduation rates are at an all-time high! Your communication, compassion, and commitment to the wellbeing of the campus community are invaluable and truly make a difference. The school gave me the strength I needed to take the next steps toward accomplishing my dream as a Quality Assurance Analyst for a US-based Asset Management organization, after my successful completion of the engineering program. Yours sincerely, Amrita Banerjee
