The course of study at SOS incorporates the scientific approach of CRAFT (critical reading, analysis, and fact-checking), which offers stimulating activities and experiments to promote critical thinking both inside and outside the classroom.

SOS has emerged as the first school in Vidarbha to integrate computational thinking (CT) into their Math and ICT curriculum by incorporating the CS Pathshala program since 2018. Through unplugged activities such as puzzles, games, coding, and the Tower of Hanoi, students acquire problem-solving, reasoning, analytical thinking, critical thinking, and ideation skills in a fun way. Additionally, SOS students excel in the Bebras Challenge - Problem Solving Challenge and receive recognition on the Wall of Fame.
